What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes 5 masked emails, 3 active masked cards (US — create, load, freeze, close), and 100K AI tokens per month. Pro raises emails to 500, cards to 12 active (4 new per month) plus reload of an existing card, adds 2 US masked phones with 100 calls and 300 SMS per month, 950K AI tokens, and priority support.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Pro is $10.99/month or $99/year (about $8.25/mo). You can change billing period from your Ivy account after signup.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe Checkout.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use bank-grade AES-256 encryption, are SOC 2 Type II certified, and employ a zero-knowledge architecture. We never see your passwords or vault contents.
Where are masked phone numbers available?
Masked phone numbers are currently available in the United States only (Pro plan). We're working to expand availability.
